Gift Vouchers

All vouchers purchased online will be confirmed by email. The attached document in the email is the voucher, which includes a unique voucher code. This unique code serves as a substitute for cash payment, either in full or part, toward RoadMaster Driving School Lessons. The voucher code must be provided at the time of booking. Payments for the vouchers are accepted online only; phone payments are not available.

Vouchers are valid for 5 years from the date of purchase. When booking, voucher holders must identify themselves as voucher holders and quote the voucher code. RoadMaster’s standard booking terms and conditions, including cancellation policies, apply.

All vouchers are non-refundable and non-transferable. They cannot be exchanged for cash. Vouchers may be used for multiple transactions until the full value has been redeemed.

Vouchers are the sole responsibility of the holder. RoadMaster Driving School is not liable for vouchers that are lost, stolen, or misplaced; please treat your voucher as you would cash.

Booking dates and times are subject to instructor availability and cannot be guaranteed. To redeem a voucher, the holder must follow the instructions provided and contact us to arrange lesson times.

Vouchers that have been altered, damaged, or tampered with in any way will not be accepted.

Data collected for the purpose of voucher purchase or booking is subject to our Privacy Policy. Personal data is only used for completing or supporting the voucher purchase or booking process and will not be shared with third parties without consent.

RoadMaster Driving School reserves the right to refuse voucher redemption if the voucher is found to have been obtained fraudulently or used improperly. In such cases, alternative forms of payment may be requested.
